Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have done LAND before?

Recommended, but not required.

LAND reduces risk because it defines "real pipeline", criteria per stage and minimum quick wins before building.

If you haven't done LAND, we can enter through EXPAND only if you already have: a reasonable ICP, clear stages in CRM, and access to data. Otherwise, we'll do a short pre-step (5–10 days) to align definition and avoid building on sand.

Which CRMs do they support?

We work with your existing CRM. The important thing isn't the brand, but that we can configure stages, required fields, views, basic automations, and reports.

In practice, the most common thing is: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho.

If you are in today Excel or “informal CRM”First, we recommend LAND (or a pre-step) to define the process and minimum migration.

How much is actually automated?

It depends on the scope, but as a reference: 60–80% "Repeatable work" can be automated (routing, SLAs, sequences, tasks, reminders, data QA, reports).

Which no We automate (and you shouldn't try): focus decisions, sales prioritization, offer/message calibration, and negotiation. That requires human judgment.

What if my offer has multiple lines?

EXPAND works, but the "starting" price goes up by work unitsEach line of offer typically involves: message, qualification criteria, pipeline (or sub-stages), assets, and specific automations.

To keep it under control, we recommend starting with 1–2 priority offers, install the system and then expand to the others.

When should I switch to SCALE?

When the system is already installed and you need weekly operation to sustain it and improve conversion. Typical signs:

  • You already have a "measurable" pipeline in CRM, but it degrades without discipline.

  • Do you want to increase conversion per stage with controlled experiments (1–2/month)?

  • You need QA, hygiene, and weekly decisions without depending on the founder

In practical terms: SCALE starts at the close of EXPAND or when LAND has already produced quick wins and you want to maintain cadence with KPIs.

Response within 24–48 business hours

Have you defined the pipeline yet? Now install it.
