An example of automation that enhances your life
When someone registers using the web form, we automate a phone call, which activates a virtual IVR that offers them three options if they select:
1, the call is transferred to an Omnichannel Marketing expert.
2You will receive an email with a link to schedule an appointment.
3You receive the link for the appointment, but in SMS format.
The appointment link checks the advisor's available slots and offers them to you in real time, without scheduling conflicts.
